Bio

Kenneth Christensen is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the School of Interdisciplinary Studies and Professional Development. Dr. Christensen received his Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of 91°µÍøºÚÁÏ (2024). His capstone project analyzed factors influencing the academic success of underprepared first-year students.

Dr. Christensen's teaching responsibilities include courses in the Liberal Studies and University Foundations programs, particularly UNV 101 – Academic Support I, a course that aids first-year students with the transition into the university by focusing on methods to improve critical thinking, time management, and study skills. He also serves as academic advisor and program coordinator for the Liberal Studies program.
